Account & Data Deletion
In compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play Data Safety policies, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.

In-App Instant Deletion (Fastest)
If you have The Easier Day Reset app installed on your iPhone or Android phone:
- Open The Easier Day Reset mobile app.
- Navigate to the Profile tab in the bottom bar.
- Scroll to the bottom of Account Settings.
- Tap "Delete Account" and confirm.
* Your session is terminated and your cloud records are permanently purged immediately.

Web Deletion Request
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your mobile device, submit the web request form below or email us directly at:
Please provide the email address linked with your account. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.
What Data is Deleted?
- Account credentials: Email address, hashed password, user UUID, and authentication tokens are revoked and purged.
- User profile & rooms: Custom room configurations, target reset durations, and room layout choices.
- Completion history: All reset logs, time-spent counters, and micro-action completions.
- Synchronization records: All device sync mappings, cloud-saved backups, and telemetry caches are permanently cleared.
