1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using The Easier Day Reset (the "Application" or "Service"), operated at https://theeasierdayreset.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.
2. Non-Clinical Wellness & Medical Disclaimer
The Easier Day Reset is a personal productivity, habit pacing, and executive function support companion. It is NOT a medical device, psychiatric diagnostic tool, or clinical treatment service.
The content, voice audio, and interactive routines provided in the app do not constitute medical, therapeutic, or psychological advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician, psychiatrist, or licensed mental health professional with any questions you may have regarding Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or any other medical condition.
3. User Accounts & Security
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@theeasierdayreset.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. App Access & Service Availability
The Easier Day Reset is provided to support neurodivergent individuals and promote executive function calm and wellbeing. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application on compatible iOS and Android devices solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
We strive to maintain high availability and performance, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to cloud synchronization services at all times.
5. Acceptable Use & Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Application or assist anyone else in doing so. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Application.
- Abuse or overload our backend sync or AI processing APIs through automated scraping or bots.
- Upload any offensive, unlawful, or infringing images through the AI Space Scan tool.
6. Intellectual Property
The Application, including its original content, features, logos, graphics, visual designs, and software, is the exclusive property of The Easier Day Reset and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Easier Day Reset and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of your access to or use of the Application.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material modifications by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms or by sending an in-app notice.
