• Room & Reset Data: Custom room labels (e.g., "Bedroom Floor", "Desk"), reset duration preferences, and completed micro-actions to support cloud synchronization across your devices.
• Camera & Room Scan Data (AI Triage): When you opt-in to use the AI Space Scan feature, images of your space are transmitted securely over TLS encryption for real-time clutter analysis. These images are processed transiently and are not stored permanently on public servers or shared with data brokers.
• Device & Sync Preferences: Audio settings, theme preferences, and synchronization data to keep your reset routines consistent across your devices.
• Diagnostic & Performance Telemetry: Anonymized crash logs and app responsiveness metrics to detect bugs and optimize application performance.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To personalize your micro-reset sequences and pacing according to your neurodivergent preferences.
• To sync your settings and progress seamlessly across your mobile phones.
• To maintain your cloud-synced room setups and user preferences.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted infrastructure partners to operate our service under strict data protection agreements:

• Supabase: Secure cloud database storage and encrypted user authentication.
• OpenAI: Secure, transient vision processing for opt-in camera room triage (zero data retention for training).
• Apple & Google: Mobile app distribution through the App Store and Google Play Store.

5. Your Data Rights & Account Deletion

You retain complete ownership and control of your data at all times:

• Access & Export: You may request a machine-readable export of all your room and account data.
• Instant Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time directly in the app under Profile → Delete Account, or via our public Account Deletion Request Portal.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)

The Easier Day Reset is intended for individuals aged 13 and older (or 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under these ages. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a child below the age threshold, we will delete it immediately.
